Fair price, very easy to work with. Kept me updated and responded reasonably to my questions and messages. Their crew kept a neat and tidy workspace. Priority was making sure I was happy, even if that meant redoing work. Very pleased with the final result, will use them for my next project!

Ryan and Savannah are fantastic to work with. Trustworthy knowledgeable and great quality craftsmanship. They remodeled both our bathrooms. We are so happy with the finished product!!!! Highly recommend them!!!

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Precision Construction on a large roofed patio addition. Their workmanship was perfection from start to finish. Everyone that worked on this job was professional & friendly. They took the time everyday to make sure everything was cleaned up & never any trash left behind. I love my new space!

We remodeled our master bath. Removed the old fiberglass shower and made it a closet. Removed our large jetted tub and made it a walk in shower. Precision was very easy to work with. Their craftsmen were amazing and really nice. They did a really good job of containing the debris and dust as best they could. The timeline for the work was way off but the only reason for that was the plumber was hard to get to stick to the schedule. Overall we love the makeover and are very pleased with everything. The flooring and tile work people were amazing as were the framers and painters. I would definitely hire them again.

Ryan and his team have now remodeled two of my personal homes for me and both experiences have been excellent from start to finish. His crews show up on time and leave at a decent hour; their quiet, clean up their mess and very respectful. And they don't mind I have two crazy dogs running around everywhere! I plan to have his team back later this year to wrap up a few more items on my current house and I can't wait!

Ryan and his team were fantastic to work with. They turned all of the random ideas in my head into something tangible. Everyone that walked in my door was not only professional but, genuinely kind and even took the time to pet our dog...which he appreciated! I couldn’t be more pleased with the work that was done and would recommend them to anyone who did (and didn’t) ask! They are amazing!

Ryan, Kendall & Christie of Precision Construction are good people who care about you and their work for you. Prior to the summer, they did three projects on my Conway house - 2 planned, 1 not so much: The remodel of an indoor back porch; the remodel of a kitchen; and the unexpected repair of the same back porch room when a 12" plus diameter tree limb fell on the roof. All 3 jobs were done timely, within budget, cheerfully, skillfully, cleanly and with minimum disruption to our use of the house. Ryan & Kendall carefully helped us plan the work and provided an advance budget which was accurate. They cheerfully adjusted their work when my wife and I added or changed the plans. They worked hard to communicate with us and to keep their workers and subcontractors on schedule. If we had questions, they helped us to find solutions. As to the 3rd, unplanned, job we were out of town when the tree limb fell. A neighbor who knew Precision had worked on the house called Ryan and Precision came over moved the limb, arranged a tarp to prevent further water damage, wiped up rain-water inside and set-up a drying fan. While Precision did the repair for us, Ryan did not charge us for his initial time and help. In summary, my wife and I hope you will give Precision a call when you have a renovation or other home-project requiring professional help. Because of our prior good experience in the summer of 2022 we asked that they help with a full remodel of one bathroom and redoing/replacing sinks in two other bathrooms. Again, the job was well done. We hope Precision will continue to help when we have future projects.

I recently hired Ryan owner of Precision Construction to tackle several home improvement projects. I couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I am particularly impressed with the team’s attention to detail. My project was completed on time and within budget, and the looks great!

Seriously AMAZING. The team was easy to work with and Jim was the best as our day to day / face to face project guy. So easy to get along with and they had great sub contractors (especially the electricians!! I think Vance electric? Shout out to them!) full on layout change kitchen remodel and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The before and after are unrecognizable down to the refinished floors. Walls gone and area completely opened up. Always clean and respectful and communicated any delays (which there weren’t many at all) wonderfully. Even saved us from a possible structural issue concern they were spot on about and made it a quick , easy, and affordable fix! I will absolutely always recommend PC and if we ever need more work done they will be our first call.
